PANCHAKARMA-Purifactory procedure There are five procedures mainly explained in Ayurveda.These procedures will remove toxic materials from our body. 1)Vamana-Removal of toxins in upward direction i, e.by vomiting. 2)Virechana-Removal of toxins in downward direction i, e by purgation. 3)Basti-Introducing medicated liquids through anal route. 4)Nasya-Introducing medicated liquid, oil, ghee through nasal route . 5)Raktamokshana-Removal of toxic material from blood. These five procedures can be taken by both diseased and healthy person. In diseased condition it will removes unwanted material from the body and helps in better relief.
